Using Dudilly

These terms apply when founders, team members and investors use Dudilly. By creating an account or using an authenticated workspace, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Accounts and company workspaces

Keep account access secure and provide accurate company information. Workspace owners are responsible for membership, connected sources, publishing decisions and the material shared with investors. Tell Dudilly promptly if an account or workspace may have been compromised.

Rights to company material

You keep ownership of material you upload, connect or create. You give Dudilly the limited permission needed to host, process, organise and display that material as you direct through the service.

Do not submit material you do not have the right to use, or publish confidential, unlawful or misleading information.

Dilly and founder review

Dilly can research public company information, organise workspace material, draft content and propose actions. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong. The founder remains responsible for reviewing suggestions, approving changes and deciding what investors see. Dudilly does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.

Investor use

Investor rooms are a diligence aid, not a substitute for independent verification. Investors may use published answers and approved room material for genuine evaluation of the company, but may not scrape the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or misuse confidential material.

Availability and enforcement

Dudilly may change, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access where needed for security, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach. The service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
